1. Where do your almonds come from?
Our almonds are cultivated in the heart of La Mancha (Spain)on own farms managed under organic and biodynamic farming certified Demeter and EU organic.
2. What does it mean that your almonds are Demeter?
The certification Demeter is the most prestigious label in organic farming. It guarantees that we cultivate in harmony with nature, regenerating the soil, respecting natural cycles and offering a pure and healthy product.
3. Do you sell directly or through intermediaries?
We we produce and market our own almondsfrom our field to your table. This is how we ensure. This is how we ensure transparency, full traceability and fair pricing.
4. In what formats can I buy your almonds?
We currently offer two varieties:
Almonds in their natural skin.
Almond with toasted skin.
- Toasted and salted almonds.
- Roasted and salted pistachio nuts.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the European Union. Consult our terms and conditions of shipment to see times and rates according to your country.
6. What is the delivery time?
Shipments to Spain: between 1 and 2 working days.
Shipments to the EU: between 2 and 4 working daysdepending on the destination.
7. Can I return an order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we apply the 14-day right of withdrawalaccording to EU regulations. Just contact us and we will tell you the return procedure.
8. How should I store almonds?
We recommend storing them in a place cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Once the package is opened, it is preferable to consume them within a period of 30 days to enjoy all its freshness.
9. Do you offer wholesale or professional options?
Yes, special formats and arrangements are available for distributors, specialised shops and the horeca sector. Contact us and we will study your case.
10. What is the difference between your almonds and conventional almonds?
Every Demeter almond is organic, but not every organic almond is Demeter. Demeter adds a more holistic, regenerative and demanding dimension, seeking to regenerate the land and create a balanced and dynamic ecosystem. Achieving a flavour that reflects the climate and soil of La Mancha.
